James W. Kennelly III, P.E.
President/Mechanical Engineer
James Kennelly began his career in 2007 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern while attending Arizona State University. After growing through the ranks and serving as a managing partner at his previous firm for six years; he broke off and started Kennelly & Associates Engineering, PC. James’ experience in mechanical design has been primarily concentrated in HVAC systems. He is skilled in efficient project management on a variety of projects including rooftop package systems, split system designs, variable and constant volume chilled water air handling systems, chilled water central plants, boiler water systems, clean room applications and medical facilities. James’ strong foundation in engineering principles and experience with computer-aided drafting allow him to handle projects in a quick and precise manner, making him a strong member of the design team.
Rayford T. Winn
Associate
Rayford T. Winn began his career as a mechanical drafter in 2000 and has a total of 20 years’ experience in Mechanical and Plumbing Design / Drafting / Project Management. Through the years, he quickly became accustomed to a high level of industry standards engrained in him from several well-respected mentors. As an excellent project manager and designer, Rayford T. Winn was invited to join Kennelly & Associates Engineering, PC since its inception as an Associate in the firm. Through each project he proves to be an invaluable member of the team. His attention to detail, schedule, budget, and general communication with is clients make him a true asset. In addition to being an AutoCAD expert, Rayford T. Winn is also experienced in Building information Modeling (BIM)(Revit) and a variety of code load calculation software.
